We typically reply within 1–2 business days. For ownership claims, please email from an address on the domain of the SaaS you want to claim. It makes verification instant.
What to include
To help us help you faster, include the relevant links (your SaaS URL, battle ID, or profile), a screenshot if something looks wrong, and the account email you used to sign up. The more context, the shorter the back-and-forth.
